The Crystal Staircase (#1)

We are all afraid to take action because we are unsure of the perfect plan to proceed. When you take this approach, you will accomplish nothing. Life is like this crystal staircase and you have muddy boots with spikes on them. One step in that direction is going to scratch and muddy up the staircase, but your job in life is not to preserve it – it’s to reach the top. It’s not because of the gold up there but because of the very essence of climbing it. It’s who you become in the process. When you reach the top, you get to look down and see how far you’ve come through the mud.

Jaret Grossman

After amassing over 30 million views on YouTube by producing a video every day for a year, Jaret Grossman has quickly become sought after as one of the world's best life coaches and business consultants. Jaret's world class advice is drawn from his early childhood woes and muscular transformation. As an 8th grader, Jaret was only 90 pounds, won only one wrestling match, and was constantly picked on and bullied. After he pursued a career in law or investment banking, Jaret realized his passion lied elsewhere. While finishing up his JD degree, Jaret started up a health and fitness brand with his childhood friend. 1. After my very first private presentation for the CEO and Executive producer when I walked out of the door I was thinking about this video. Thanks a lot Jaret and keep up the great work!

  2. Also I must say that I find this type of speech (relaxed, calm, centered) better than when you make videos where you are more aggressive and loud, it might be just my personal thing but I wanted to share it.
