You need to create the need. You need to understand what they value. If they already have it, their needs are being met. You can never sell someone on anything. So I always ask the question, how do you get someone to change who doesn’t want to change? People have differing opinions, and these are formed based on different belief systems and different value systems, and we try to impress our opinions upon other people.
